Chase cars are certain cars from different brands that have something different about them than "regualr" cars. The differences may be subtle or not, it depends on the brand. By definition, though, a chase car is more limited than a "normal" car, and are usuall worth more on average than "normal" cars. JL has White Lightnings, I'll let someone who knows explain that, Hot Wheels has Treasure Hunts, those are just a limited series, and Maisto has various ways of determinng their chase cars depending on the series. For example, the Playerz series' chase cars have aces for their cards and have 1 of 2500 printed on the package.
