what is the 5000 body good for. We didnt sell many last year so I put them on both of my cars and i really like them. Also how do you know exactly where to mount your body at?

Well... Jody Miller likes it on flat/low banked concrete or asphalt, in stock... think he won up at Coopers with it. Works well on banked oval track in stock and 19trn.. also works greaton high banked tracks like BMS as well. Couple ran it in the spec class on the Velos where they makle them run non velo bodies.. just the standard bodies...

Mounting it depends on what you are looking for as far how to work with your setup. i moslty liek the 5000 mounted neatural.. flat with the chassis (trim line parralell with the chassi plate.) and on the side where the front fender flattens out to the sides you i use that point on the front edge of my front tires.

The 5000 body works very well in stock where you don't need the body to make the car turn....I always push the body back almost touching the bumper and level it out with the trim lines....if you need a little more nose the ST version will do fine also...

Where you mount the body varies from car to car...and body to body(ie: I mount my monte carlo a little farther back on the car than my charger- because the monte has more nose so it needs a little more downforce towards the rear to balance the car out)! The charger is balanced very well and will pull your car up out of the race track a little more- where the fords will put it down into the race track more.

Well, back on the pavement and back to winning with the Bandit bodies! The 5000 Ford was a missile at the Tri-clone in the US Pan Car Championship. TQ and Win in 4 cell Stock.....Just missed the track record by .051 sec on a slow cold windy track....The body really worked well all weekend! Thanks guys for making great pavement bodies!!!!

hey guys !!! the bandit chev (monte carlo) was strolling last nite on the short track carpet. it won the main in 4cell stock. it was not all that fast. the chev body work good on short tracks carpet ( for me). bandit bodys are smokin

Had a great day at Seaford DE. I ran the Taurus on my Custom Works car and qualifed third and finished fourt after getting shuffled into the infield at the start!

I believe I was the ONLY Bandit in the Show too!
