I have called him 5 times and asked if he sent the payment yet, everytime he said I will call you right back with a tracking number on the payment!!! B B Bull. do not take this the wrong way tiny trouble but get with the guys you have traded with and have them post you some feedback in the trader ratings system. the little number in the parenthesis under your username. it shows you as 0 feedback and if i was to deal with you i am sorry to say i would have you send first delivery confirmation whether it be m.o or trade and as soon as i received it i would ship. i have 7 positive feedback and i would like to keep all positive so i try to also keep good communication.

I am having an issue right now as well. He made a deal on my legends body two weeks ago, said he was sending a money order, no money order has arrived. I hope he does'nt try to turn this back on me! Luckily, I have not sent the body yet.

I have traded alot of R/C stuff with Tiny-trouble and he has always sent me the stuff that he has described in a timely manner, and i'm going to trade with him again.....

I know that I didn't technically make a deal with him on here but went through another person who does post and sell on here, but I bought a GSX off of him back on April 1st and here it is May 5th and still no car. I keep getting a run around everytime I email him or call him. I have been asking for a confirmation number since day one and still nothing, but he keeps saying he will send it or call me with it and still no avail. Oh, he did give me one and after 5 days it still doesn't show up on the USPS site. He swears he sent it out on Monday by Priority Mail and now it is Friday night and still nothing. I sure hope that if anyone on here decides or even thinks about making a deal with this guy you better think twice or maybe even three times. I am out $380 so far and I have had about enough. I realize I am kinda screwed now because as far as I know there is nothing I can do about it. If someone knows something I can do I wish you would let me know. PLEASE BEWARE, just wanted to let people know on here so it doesn't happen to anyone else. The guy I went through to make this deal has been hounding him also to get my stuff out and also to get his stuff, so I don't blame him one bit and we communicate everyday about it. If you paid with Paypal then Paypal will go after him, If you paid with a postal Money order it is mail fraud and the post affice will go after him.
If you did not go through either or those sources go online and find the # to his local police dept. and let them deal with him.

Well I still have no sprint car or motor and now he says he is going to send my money back and he was sending it out on Thursday by Priority Mail, well tomorrow is Sat and it should be here by then, but I don't expect it to be honestly. I have made a few inquiries about what I can do and am waiting to see what these people have to say about this. This is total bullsh*t. These type of people give this hobby and this forum a bad name and make me reluctant to even think about doing any online business anymore. I never have had any problems before anywhere. I have had it. I have been waiting for a package from tiny-trouble since February and all I get is that he has mailed it with PRIORITY MAIL with a confimation number but he wont give me one that is good. I have been very paitent and even told him to either send me the stuff ( 2-3800 battery packs, new E-Maxx Bonco body, Original E-Maxx wheels, E-Maxx springs, HPI radio, Novarossi .21) or something else of equal value. He even went on to say that he was going to send me a motor lathe for my trouble. WELL I still HAVE NOTHING. It only takes 30 mins tops to pack up a item to ship, I even said that I would help on shipping. I REALLY NEED MY STUFF. Jack 4 times is enough PlEASE SEND MY S#!T.

Well my fellow R/C brothers, Jack (tiny_trouble) sent me a confirmation # 2 days ago and I recieved a Cobra motor lathe (for my trouble as he mentioned). There was also a HPI radio that was supposed to be in the box that he said he shipped along with the 3800 batteries, unpainted body, stock E-Maxx tires and wheels, E-Maxx springs, Novarossi .21 motor. I still haven't received any of the previously mentioned items. He says that the Post Office has lost the package and That the Post Office is sending Ovalracer63 (Tom) and me Mark06Martin (Terry) a letter asking if we have received these packages. I personally dont believe that the Post Office can loose this many packages. This doesn't sound right. I have talked to 2 Post Offices in my area and they have said that there is no reason for any package sent Priority Mail to take this long during this time of year. Jack if you read this I am giving you an easy out either send this stuff or send me something I agree upon of equal value and dont forget Tom. If this is done I will back out and all will be right in the world on my part.

Terry, I am glad to see you gotten something at least for your troubles, but alas, I still have nothing but empty promises. Still no car and motor, and on top of that I am supposed to be getting a refund that was sent out a week ago. It does not take a week for first class letters to arrive. I get ones from my brother-in-law in Georgia all the time in 2 or 3 days. I guess it is time to make this a legal matter and see if I can claim mail fraud and possibly internet fraud. I hate to do this over a d@mn RC car and motor but I work hard for my money. The only one that seems to be getting screwed over this whole deal is me. This is the last straw. Time to get serious.

I still havent received the stuff in the original deal since February 27 2006 from tiny_trouble (Jack Grey). I did receive a motor lathe that he said he was going to send me for my trouble in 2 days. Believe me I have been screwed over also, I still get the same story that the package was lost in the mail and that the Post Office is sending me a letter. Well this has been over 2 weeks and this excuse has been worn out. All Tom and I want is his refund and my package and we wont bother you again. I have asked Jack for confirmation numbers on both items so that I can call the Post Office myself to see what is up and he still wont give them to me. I am TIRED of BEGGING for what is MINE. I am filing mail fraud today, talked the post master at local post office and she said I shouldn't have much trouble with it since I got a bogus confirmation number plus a hand written note saying he would send the money once he recieved the car, which was 2 weeks ago. She also said there is no way the same person can lose 2 packages at the same time plus 2 separate money orders. I will let you know how I make out. I figure 3 months is long enough.

Hey muddertrucker99, I talked to someone yesterday that had the same problem we are having and said they got them for theft by deception, so I am going to talk to a friend of mine that is a state trooper and find out what I have to do to file for theft by deception, I will let you know how I make out. Good luck Terry, I still am waiting on the rest of my money. From what I am getting from him is that he just refuses to send it to me, plain and simple. As far as the claim of someone else cashing my money order on my end has to be bullsh*t, since I still haven't recieved any pictures of the money order to prove it has happened. I don't need to get into trouble myself for accusing someone of cashing my money order and getting into trouble. The post master asked me about it this morning and I said if he isn't concerned then neither am I and just forget about it. I keep hearing about him spending $800 for RC stuff off of other people but I cannot seem to get my $280 from him. PLEASE PEOPLE BBBEEEWWWAAAARRRREEEEE of this guy, he is a scammer. Just an update on this idiot from Kentucky. I or mark06martin have yet to recieve anything from him. He has sent so many packages to mark06martin that he should now have a fleet of stuff, but, has yet to recieve anything. He has sent me so many money orders that I should be able to buy a hobbyshop, yet, I havent recieved anything either. He is just a plain flat out liar. I have decided to finally let the federal government take care of this for me, so I have filed a mail fraud claim against him. I have given him so many opportunities to take care of this yet he hasn't done anything but lie, lie, lie. Time to get serious. I WILL go through with this claim if I havent recieved my money by the time they contact me about it. Its been almost 4 months so time is up.

I also filed an internet fraud claim and if nothing comes out of either ones I have filed I will file for theft by deception, which carries a minimum of $25,000 fine and 5 years in prison. Time to get SERIOUS. Its sad that it has to come down to this over a friggin RC car and motor. Oh and you other people that he has ripped off, it mentioned if anyone else had similar problems and provided them with this thread so they can see I am not the only one this happened too, so you might also be hearing from them.
