haysreeling 05-01-2006, 03:36 PM We'll take some pictures and post them sometime later today or tomorrow.... this thing works awesome, and you can use it without moving your motor, or taking it out of the car.

Nick, do you think all these items are available at Radio Shack?
Thanks
Anchor
erock1331 05-02-2006, 08:59 PM you cant buy a peltier at radio shack that I know of
my local electronics shop had a peltier for $18
erock1331 05-02-2006, 09:01 PM the key to all coolers is a good high cfm fan.
My buddy and I both have the crazy ronny cooler. My clamp gets down to about 19 degrees with the stock fan which i would say is about 17 cfm.. my buddy replaced his with a 30+ cfm fan and his clamp gets down to about 7 deg.
His is the coolest I have seen at the track to date. Mine after about an hour of running has a good 1/8" layer of ice on the clamp.

rcavenger 05-03-2006, 07:11 PM what type of power are these designed for? 12V at how many amps? just thinking of how to best use this device outdoors this summer:)
haysreeling 05-04-2006, 04:51 PM Scott,
It's designed to hook right up to your power supply. The wires on it are nice and long also.

About how long does it take to get the motor frosted?
Thanks
Anchor
haysreeling 05-06-2006, 09:23 PM Starts to get frosty in about 10-15 mins I would say on average..... unless its sitting in the sun or something.
