Just cleaned and rebuilt gummed up carb on my tiller. It now starts up really fast where it used to be a pain and finally would not start at all, however, anything besides near choke and the engine rpm take off! None of the sample photos in the L Series B&S manual is exactly like the governor setup so thats one problem. The real question I have is how do i hook up my tachometer to one of these small engines in order to see what the RPM's are? The manual says to do it but does not say how.
