Hi all
I went on to e-bay just to see what they had for sale. I book marked a lot of different searchs like motormax, maisto, etc. I looked up the motormax bookmark and saw the 1/24th scale Pinto. It is a nice looking casting. What caught my attention was the model year of the car. It is marked as a 1974. The funny thing about this the car has the smaller style bumpers from the 1971 to 1973 model year on it. Here is a link to the sellers page I found.

Here is a link to a person that found and bought a real 1974 Ford Pinto.

I will more then likely buy one of the Motormax Pinto's when they come my way. It looks like a nicely done casting. I think it is just funny when it comes to the details that some of the toy companies come up with. Maybe they will correct this making the early release models that more collectable and rare. lol!!
