What happened to ROAR rules, like the last thread?

Tom Pedano

Will Ultrabird stock motors be legal for this race? I know that they have never been submitted to ROAR for approval, so this is most likely a mute question. But I am asking anyway.

JOHN B

i believe that they will be legal!!!!

Is their a track web site with the rules for this race? Doesn't make sense to me that their using Roar rules for stock and Arcoar/orl rules for 19 turn. But then allowing the ultrabird stock motor.

BILLDAWGRC.COM the track goes by ROAR RULES THATS WHAT YOU WILL FIND ON THE WEBSITE.

Seaford is an Awesome track. Fun to drive and race someone close. If you are thinking of coming for the Custom Works Race in Oct. the race in June is a great race to get use to the track. Both should be a good race.

Well I was planning on running the June 24 race but after trying to get good stuff to race with and kissing all the battery and motor people's A$$ that did'nt work so I will just try to sell all the stuff off like I was trying to do and race the go-kart nothing changed.

ROAR rules? ROAR rules don't allow cash payouts. Sounds like a great event but certainly is not a ROAR event....so seems to me they can allow whatever they want.

Good question, can we run the ultrabirds stock or 19t.

Arnie Fie
05-29-2006, 03:22 AM
amusicwiz: Not a ROAR event, it gets more entries than that. :)

At the last big race at Seaford (CustomWorks Race June 05)
B Main races for 2 spots in the A-main......last in the A pays your entry back.

C mains and lower race for something equal to or greater than your entry in the form of a prize.

This race has the same format as the CustomWorks one now to be held on Oct 7th to beat the heat and hotel prices. Last year was a huge ton of fun, this one should be no different, plus I hear there is a bonus program to be announced for this race.....stay tuned.

They were allowed last year and were run at the ORL race so I believe they will be allowed. HOWEVER, Ptown will be the one to confirm this and I'm sure he will chime in soon.

Arnie, you are getting new neighbors. My parents are on the way to the lake to buy a house.

Peter

P.S. Eric, for a small bribe I'll make sure Parisano is not in your heat....lol

JH, No reason to have to kiss anyone's A$$ to get good sticks. There are enough good sticks available retail for everyone. As far as motors go same thing I'm positive that Ozzie would build you and anyone a motor if they ask. Now that the Salvas brothers are coming they will help anyone out also with Motor help and Batteries. Bill A. is always willing to help people and even give his car out to someone else to use. So pack your stuff and come back out on the 24th.

Anytime72

JH, not exactly what I meant. I meant there are more good packs readily available now then before. Also the best of batteries and motors will not help a ill handling car. As far as motors go everbody runs basc the same bascially the same thing. It's how you gear it and drive it that makes a huge difference.
