Hi,
Ive got a slight issue with the carb on my go kart engine.

A few days ago i tried to start the engine, and it was putting up quite a fuss. It did start but did not run for very long before I noticed there was a nice flow of fuel coming out of what looks like an overflow port or sumthing. I shut off the fuel, and it stopped after 30 seconds. I opened the fuel and it started to leak again, i tried to pull the pull cord, and the whole piston was flooded. I took out the spark plug and removed the exaust to try and drain the fuel out of it.

Please help, i have no idea why its doing this :(

Float in carb is sticking open, replace needle and seat, when float refuses to shut off fuel, fuel will flow into cylinder and crankcase past valves, also drain your oil its probably got gas in it.

OR you could have a pinhole in the float, and its full of fuel, it'll slosh or feel heavy... I'd also smell the oil, and change it if its too full, and smells like gas...
