a couple of weeks ago, i got a new motor, a monster stock, ( then i got 2 more of the same motor). after getting a new esc the very same weekend, i found my evader st to be very fast on the indoor carpet track. then, when i finally got outside to the offroad track, it was very slow, (compaired to what i wanted the speed to be at least). so, what motor will make me go fast enough to make a tripple, (somewhere around $50)? and what size pinnion gear do you suggest?

could be answered in many ways. Going from indoors to outside is a big change. small areas seems real fast but when your outdoors with wide open space it seems slow. find a used modified motor if your esc can handle it. gearing couldnt tell you since I have no idea of gear ratio or track size, but try going up on the pinions with the motor now and go from there. modified motor probably down in pinions.
