R/C World & Raceway, 345 east orvis street, massena NY will be hosting the second annual run what ya brung race on april 23rd.

this is going to be a blast... we had one last year and everyone loved it.

it's all for fun... the only rules are the ridehieght rules, can't be diggin up the carpet.

i heard about some pretty wild combinations that may be run, motor and battery wise... and i even heard about someone thinking of a wild body that they wanna try.... it should be pretty fun

this date also is the trophy presentation for those who were in the point race here in the 2005/2006 season.

yeah, i did.

there is like a 6 1/2 hour differance between here and maximus, believe me... i did it for the roar race they had.

i think there is more than enough racers in the north to accomidate both tracks, besides... our race is for the trophy handing out for the local points racers. without them r/c world wouldn't exist.

i decided to post this race here for those who can't make it to maximus' big race.

i wish i could go to maine... but i have to tend to my own flock.

Yes me and Dan will be able to see witch is faster the Edsel or the Cougar . As long as we stay out of the fish tank it should make great racing.

the fishtank is quite the popular tourist attraction here @ r/c world.... we got the only two fish that'll eat a whole pizza in less than a minute!!!

well that sucks. I would have gone if I didnt already make plans to go to maximus. I would have brought up my home made s/k chassis with a 10 tripple in it. Things drives like its on rails. maybe next time.

i tried to run my putnam 8turn double early in the day, but imagine a top fuel dragster trying to do laps at bristol n you figure out why it didn't work.

oh yeah, myself and a few others ran the mcallister dirt latemodel bodies... man they looked sweet running around here. in the 2nd and third heats racers started to add side dams... i threw one on kind of in the middle, (front to back) bolted to the left side and picked up some wicked steering!!!

everyone had fun and that whas what made me wanna do it again next season.
