John.. got to... http://www.rcrods.com/ and check the rules pages.. you can get all the info you will need.... same rules pretty much every where....

but... Pro Stock is 8 cells and Neo or Cobalt magnet cas available thru RAE (link on the rods site) Pro Mod is 10 cells and same motors as PS.... as far as what wind to run ,.. most use the therory.. 10 cells 10trn... 8 cells 8 trn.. but a few do vary...
