I just downloaded Easy CD DVD Creator 6.0 to my new Dell notebook. It had been working well on my old PC and also for the first 2 weeks on the new computer. Now I frequently (but not always) get this error message:

ctcatend:M0 L65 F0 P6x Error Code=0

I've uninstalled twice with no help. Roxio has been impossible to contact. Any suggestions?

Remove it and chuck it(cd) as far as you can and give me a distance report.Windows has a built in creator that normally creates issuse with roxio.You will either download or buy the latist version our you can make life simple and get Nero.I have found alot of issues with roxio .Dont get me wrong its fixable but there is better software out there.
