What is the difference in stand up and lay down brushes ? How do I know
what type I need for my motors ? I rum all stock motors.

you need laydown type adn there are many different kinds everyone has their own personal choice. Do you race or just playing around? What type of car, 4c or 6c battery are the types of questions you could answer so others can help out with choices of brushes

Looking at it from the top
If the brush is wider than it is tall then it is laydown
If the brush is taller than it is wide then it is standup
Almost all stock motors built in the last 10 years take laydown brushes
