Maybe somebody has one, but picked up a pretty good looking briggs 3.5 quantum. Well someone had the brilliant idea to cut the spot off right where the model, type and code was on the plastic shroud in front of the carb, to get to the adjustment screw, and obviously it didn't fix the problem and they got rid of it. Maybe someone has the model, type and code's off another one? Right now it looks like it needs some jerry rigged linkage fixed, and a carb rebuild. Kind of a funny looking engine, small tiny dipstick on the bottom at the back of the engine, and a side recoil starter which spins a large starter gear to the teeth on the flywheel, which you pull the cord from the front of the engine.
