Normally I don't go through the Matchbox stuff because there isn't really a whole lot that appeals to me. Until I found this. I've always liked the Cougars much more than the Mustangs and the colour on this jumped out at me. After looking at the Matchbox website to see what else is in the Superfast series, I gotta find the Dart Phoenix and the Hemi Cuda now.

The Cougar is indeed the '05 ROW version #62.
The colour is gorgeous with a metallic base. You should see it in the sun.
The '05 Row version #27 1961 Dodge Dart Phoenix is red coloured and the
'05 ROW version #4 Plymouth Hemis Cuda is purple coloured.
These two were very difficult to acquire.
Mopar Man, I am glad to here that you are enjoying your latest addition to your
collection.
Cheers. Cobra

Really? Cool. This is my first find of something unique (White Lightning, Treasure Hunt, etc.).

mopar man,
olesarge90/Gill here and I got to ask have you found the ROW version of MBX NSF #69, London Taxi, black over white? If you have an extra set and are looking to maybe trade it for the USA version of the same casting, Black over red, give me a shout and we can talk it over. Thanks, Gill
Byt he way nice pic of the ROW Cougar, I do like that color too!

Sorry I haven't. I haven't been able to locate the normal one either since I like that casting as well.

Gil, very little of Wave F made it to Canada.
But Canada did get a whole lot, and I mean a whole lot of, Wave E.
TRU and Walmarts all got a lot of Wave E. TRUs still has some of Wave E.
Also some Loblaw chains such as Superstore only got Wave E.
That is probably why Mopar Man is finding some of these.
Walmart got rid of all of there MB NSF shortly after Christmas.
Marked them down to $3 and took them off the pegs.
They were replaced in the regular diecast aisle with other merchandise.
I did manage to find a few Wave F in one Walmart in early December, but not all.
I didn't think that many Walmarts actually got Wave F because of the glut of Wave E.
I do think that some of the Ontario collectors and East Coast collectors were able to
find Wave F much more easily. And I doubt that we will ever see Wave G. What a shame!
Mopar Man, the only one of the NSF that is something like a TH/WL is the London Taxi
that Gil (Olesarge90) was referring to. I hope that this helps.
Canada got the ROW (Rest Of World) colour variety in black/white and the USA got the red/black colour variation. There are two wheel combinations in each issue.
Good luck with your NSF collecting.
Cheers. Cobra
