I started this so I could see how many people are out there that are currently in and serving either overseas or stateside? I am curious every now andthen I see a few speak up but never a thread for us to say hey to each other.

Myself 6yrs active Marine Corps Harrier Mechanic OCONUS CONUS
4yrs active Army Combat Medic (yes in the infantry world)OCONUS CONUS
3yrs National Guard and still going........ BlackHawk Crew Chief NCNG OCONUS CONUS

And not to forget those who have served you guys are always more than welcome to chime in, lets hear where you have been. ALL VETS like to tell you where they have been and what they did.......

I know I have been there done that and got many a tshirts among other things (LOL) from foreign countries so let have this place to share our experiences with each other.

Latemodel. I am in the Navy, I have been in for 16yrs. All of my duty stations have been inconus, however 3 of them were ships and 1 was shore duty that i was able to be deployed. Of the 16 year that I have in 10 of them were on ships. I just left a ship in Mayport Fl and am on shore duty in New Orleans.

SEMPER FI!!!!!!!!!

I was in the Marines, stationed out of New River Air station NC. Spent time over seas in some pretty scary spots. Loved my time in. Wish i was still there. Lots of stories and lots of fun.

I am prior active Air Force and currently in the Air National Guard here in Iowa. A friend of mine air brushed a lexan car body with the B17 World War II Bomber as the paint theme. I came out looking pretty cool. I have another friend who is prior active Army and now Army Reserve who races with me. Thanks for your interest.

I just retired from the Navy Reserves in December after 20 years. All spent here in Jacksonville Fl with two different squadrons. Funny thing both of the squardrons underwent an aircraft transition phase. I guess I got older and the aircraft did. :p The first one was an A-7E to the F/A 18 and the second was the DC-9 to the C-40A. Looking back now I went on two carrier trips on board the Forrestal and Eisenhower, made detachments to Fallon, NV, Roosevelt Roads PR, Luke AFB, Norfolk, VA oh I was sent to Sigonella Italy, Rota Spain, and the Azores.

It was all fun at the time
