Check with Rob at Murdock R/C and get a set of Wind Tunnel king pins or you can check your LHS for Wind Tunnel products.

Hey mc43. I just ordered a set of Murdock's [windtunnel] king pins and axles this week. I will have them at Josh's this weekend if you wanna check them out.

I have long and short king pins as pins alone, in kits (includes buckets & eclips), or in ultra front end kits that include the works. Springs, pins, 1/8th axles and blocks. All my packages can be seen at the link below. New aircraft grade kings should be available soon to further bring a better product to you as well.

I have been using the 6226 from AE. You don't need high tech king pins made of high dollar aircraft grade material. These polish up with mothers polish. These are the same length pins that Wolfe sold. Support your local hobbyshop they will probably have these in stock. IF you are bending these them you better find another sport.

Ken At some of the tracks I run at we are traveling over 35 mph at the end of the straights and sometimes sh!t happens that isn't your doing and you get a death blow. in the past I have bent the wolfe king pins. but since switching to the 6226 ones I am still running the same set.

Well. Im going to go out on a limb here :) and assume that your crack about high tech aircraft gade was pointed at me and Im going to respond with this. If I can make it better and at no extra cost then I will. And the racers will get more for their hard earned money and a superior product. Aint nothing wrong with that that I can see.

Rob,

That aircraft grade comment wasn't directed towards anyone. I just laugh when
I see parts that really don't need any special material needed to make them better or whatever. Unless there is a problem with a material that is currently used. For example HG made titanium upper hinge pins for AE front ends they were a joke for the price and durabilitly was worse, piano wire worked better and was less than $.25 to make. If I insulted you I apologize.

Try hitting the turn 3 rail going 55-60 and breaking literally every part in the asc front end except the kingpin

I dont know if anyone else has tried this setup, but I run the kingpins from the T3 (I think, its been so long since I bought new ones) that have the ball end. I use a ball cup on my upper control arm, and it makes life alot easier. They are pretty tough to boot.

We stock all the ASC hingepin/kingpins ... 6226 works great. 7211 is the ballstud kingpin, also works great. 6381 is the same as the 9110 length, but half the price.
