I'm sure someone just stuck a HW sticker on this, wether it was done in the 70's or later who knows. Me and a few others also collect items from a local area here in WA called Snoqualmie Pass and someone made the comment "I could just put the name snoqualmie pass on anything and you guys would buy it". I bet it is almost true, and the same thing with HW stuff.......
