I was quite surprised after checking our four local Wal-Marts and then at TRU, I found these babies! Here are some scans and I will get pics later on.

I saw some of those and didn't really look twice at them. Not into collecting trucks but that tanker I have to admit does not look too bad.

i collect trucks but passed on them all because of the wheels dont care for them .they arent selling at our walmart been there awhile .

Are you sure the wheels that you have seen are the new ones or are they the ones that came on the first release???

not sure what release the wheels are .the wheels on matchbox is one reason i dont collect many any more .i like a more realistic wheel .the 56 ford pickup this year with a wheel that looks like a full chrome wheel disc is what i mean .i liked that one and the added detail of tailights and painted headlights made it a nicer casting than the early castings ,for 99 cent s its a nice truck .i started collecting with lesneys so as you know cars have come along way since then .with no interiors. look back at them and they wouldnt sell today l.o.l.i collect mostly brand x because of the detail .this year only a few matchbox .have all the older trucks from the 80s and 90s and did a lot of wheel swaps on those .left some as they were .i think if your a matchbox collector and its mainly the only brand you collect .the wheels arent as important .i wasnt trying to cut up something you posted its just my way of collecting ,not loyal to any brand ,buy the ones i like .jada does some nice trucks and there again i dont like the wheels .im use to trucks like winross that has a budd wheel that looks like it .you get what you pay for more money more detail .

Being a V-Star rider I would like to get that Yamaha truck!!!!!

Got the Yamaha truck today at TRU !!! Left a London Taxi with white walls already had one ---- picked up a nice set of rescue vehicles with action launcher at Target was marked down to 6.98 also got burger joint with one of the different 57 chevys marked down to 3.98 --- picked up another wrecker too!!! All in all was a great haul today!! :thumbsup:

In what way was the 57 Chevy different?

Gil, I think that he is talking about the black with red stripes '69 Camaro from the
Burger Zone five-pack. Probably the one with the hide-away headlights.

No it's a 57 --- this one has yellow and red checkered tampo with burger zone across it --- other just has a white line type tampo,kinda plain. as soon as i can i will try to post pic :wave:
