So I picked up the Dub City Old Skool Lincoln today with some visions in my head. They quickly faded:

I was drilling out the front rivet in the roof when suddenly the plastic exploded. As I rolled my chair back, I heard a "crunch" which was the windshield. Too bad too. Had it stayed together, I could've trimmed that bit off at the top and made a convertible. Unless there's a way to glue that back together without it being detectable? I'm saying not though. I guess tomorrow I pick up another one to try :freak:

Oye! Hate when that happen's. The very first car I drill'd apart pretty much explod'd completly. Ya could alway's turn the linc into a car wreck so it ain't a total lose. :dude:

You have a PM. And yes. The roof is attached to the glass then the glass attaches to the car.

Dang that's a pisser there...You could reassemble the glass with Superglue (cracks would most likely still show but),then rust paint & thrash the body,I can print You a set or two of bullet holes decals, and go for the "it was jacked and involved in a driveby, police chase/shootout" look.

Hmmm....you may have sparked my interest again. If gunn doesn't take, I might do that.

Or you could make it a demo derby car- derby cars don't need no stinkin' glass! ;)

Upon firther examination of the pictures, I see you're right. Could make a good "Deathmobile" though, if it's the year Lincoln I'm thinking of.

To be honest, I don't know. I was just drilling it and it blew up.
