I ahve an old RC 10T truck and want to convert it to a sprint car.

It doesn't have tp be super competitive as I'm only running it on my sons trrack for kicks.

Does anyone make a kit for this or am I strictly on my own here?

Thx , Gonzo

Gonzo,

I think what you will probably have to do is search for one of the older sprint car conversion kits that were available for the older RC 10's. Does your 10T have the aluminum tub chassis or one of the graphite ones? If you could find an old ASCOT or Big Boys Toys cage somewhere, I think all you would need to get would be some buggy arms, shocks/shock towers and dogbones/cvd's to get the sprint going, but I have seen sprints that go ahead and run the truck running gear. If you wanted to go that route, all you would need is a sprint body and the top/nose wings. If I'm not mistaken, Murdock RC is reproducing the original Bolink sprint bodies, and they would work out. Or you could check out some of the other manufacturers.

Hope this helped a little bit and good luck with your sprint building venture. If I come across any cages, I'll let you know.

Dale
