View Full Version : Integy KOS27 Radeon9000 03-08-2006, 12:26 PM Is there any chance the KOS27 will be roar legal soon. Butters16 03-08-2006, 06:34 PM Is Integy making race motors now? Radeon9000 03-12-2006, 03:19 PM Yes they are and I would like to know why it's not legal. I know it was submitted. My only guess is roar doesn't like competition in stock or 19t classes. A reply from Roar would be nice. Dawn Sanchez 03-12-2006, 07:06 PM First of all, the comment that ROAR doesn't like competition is not only inflammatory but ridiculous.... I will check on the status of the motor submission for approval. Also, I'm here as much as I can be... not a daily thing but I do check this board. If you need an answer to something quickly, you might try my email - dmsanchez@cox.net of which I check several times a day through my PDA/cell phone. (sends me messages) Radeon9000 03-13-2006, 02:10 PM TY Dawn. I'll remember your Email next time I have A question. Butters16 04-21-2006, 01:52 PM Any news weather the motor is legal or not? dave w 1 04-21-2006, 03:59 PM That Motor Could Not Compeate If Its Life Depended On It It Would Fall Apart Befor The 4 Minute Mark! Butters16 04-21-2006, 04:26 PM That is true , but it has a pretty light on it:) Dawn Sanchez 04-21-2006, 09:30 PM Edit: Sunday, 4/23/06 I have inquired as to the status of the approval process for the Ingetgy KOS27. This motor has never been submitted to ROAR for approval status. sedanaddict 04-25-2006, 09:56 AM I know it was submitted. i guess you don't know everything huh? Radeon9000 05-15-2006, 04:05 AM i guess you don't know everything huh? Saw on RC-Tech that it was submitted and rejected because of vent holes. So now who doesn't know. And it was more than 1 thread. TY Dawn Sanchez 05-15-2006, 12:32 PM The motor has not been submitted. sedanaddict 05-16-2006, 02:05 PM Saw on RC-Tech that it was submitted and rejected because of vent holes. So now who doesn't know. And it was more than 1 thread. TY Dawn is the vp of roar. she has told you twice it wasn't submitted as of the time you posted. if you are going to believe what you hear on a hobby forum over a roar official, you deserve the ridicule you get. Dawn Sanchez 05-16-2006, 02:33 PM Message forums aren't the bible of RC Racing? WHAT?? I can't believe that..... :) (disclaimer: the above posted is purely sarcasm of which should bear no representation to ROAR or the organization. The person posting the above note is a well known believer of sarcasm to express humor.) omnis85 05-30-2006, 12:26 AM I was looking at this motor last friday and noticed it doesnt appear to be a fixed timing motor. How could this be used as a stock motor and be legal? If it was ever submitted, maybe this is the reason why I dont know. When it was put on the dyno it rev to 16000rpms. Only reason why I looked into it because I was also told they run these down south and performed well, how true that is unknown. Dawn Sanchez 05-30-2006, 12:55 PM Again, the KOS27 has not been submitted for approval. This motor is NOT on the ROAR motor approval list and is not legal for ROAR competition. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
