Bought some batteries from Dan, sale went well and batteries were shipped fast. One cell was dead in a pack he sent(said it was fine and didnt know about it), but still tried to obtain a cell from his matcher. Stayed in constant touch with me on this issue. I ran into Dan at a local race, and instead of replacing just the dead cell, he handed me another complete pack(with better numbers than i had purchased from him). Can i say honorable? Went out of his way to help and when that didnt work, ate the bullet himself....
