Hey guys.

I sold this guy 100 dollars worth of tires and never received payment? He kept telling me its in the mail and its on the way. This deal took place last November!!!! Anybody know him? I keep emailing him and he keeps beating me around the bush. Im getting fed up and dont know what to do? Any info would be great!

I have a canceled check that was deposited in someone else's account. It was not his account and I wrote him to tell him that when he said he did not receive payment. I am trying to get my money back still from this. The cops out there don't move very fast. They basically told me in a round about way that it is not in the top 100 things to do. I did file a report with them. I am not trying to screw him I just want to be sure i am not getting scammed by him giving the check to his girlfriend to deposit and telling me that he hasn't received it. As far as the Emails I haven't received one in like 2 weeks from you. I have answered all them before. I will pay you when the banks finishes there investigation. I am leaving on vacation this morning and will be back on Monday the 13. I will take car of this then.

Sounds good. First off check around here and ask people. Im one of the most honest people on here and at the track! I have to many good things going for me in the sponsor department to go and screw someone for 100 bucks... I mean come on. Whats 100 dollars gonna buy? All I know is. I sent you my addy which in actually my grandma house so when I get packages and stuff it goes directly into the house so noone can steel it or get lost. I was ok untill you thaught I was trying to screw you... Well Im not. If you want my girlfriends name or any other persons name to see I did not do such a thing, ask for it. Im just trying to get whats mine. This has been going on since Nov. of last year. If you filed a report give me some details of what happend? I would just like to get this figured out. This is way I dont sell or buy on the internet cause one bad thing ruins it for everything!

Everything will be ok. Someday I will recieve my payment for this sale. No big deal I guess. Just wanted to know what was going on. Like I said this has been going on since Nov 2005.

Hey guys,

Just wanted to let you all know. Brian held up his end of the deal and paid me in full. It was a big misunderstanding and everything is fine now. Thank you Brian. Just wanted to let everyone know that everything is ok! Thanks guys for all your help and any info that was given.
