He passed away last week of lung cancer at the age of 72. I had seen him several times over the past few years, and he never looked his age. He looked about two DAYS older than when he had done the second pilot.

He was a good guy. He will be sorely missed.

It seems that flies are dropping like actors.

Well, ars longa, vita brevis, as they say.

I picked up a DVD of a 1957 movie called JAMBOREE! and I was surprised to see Paul Carr as the lead. It's that terrible irony that I find happenning way too often...I'll be reminded of an actor from my younger days and I'll wonder "What ever happenned to...". Just about that time, I'll find that they have recently passed away.

2006 is not shaping up as a good year for our aging actors :(

RIP "Lt Kelso"...

Well, ars longa, vita brevis, as they say.

My latin is rusty, but I'll refrain from googling anyway.

" Art lives forever, but life is short. "?

Close? Probably not.
