He doesn't say in his description that it is not an original Aurora. Even though we all know it, many buyers may not. I find the lack of the statement makes it misleading.

Caveat Emptor! I agree that descriptions can be misleading but many times this is done because many bidders/buyers do not do their home work and or get caught up in bidding fever. I am also amazed at the amount of HO enthusiasts that I come accross that are not aware of the amount of resources available to them on the internet. If an uneducated bidder/buyer would simply take the time to do a little homework, then we might see less of these types of item descriptions. Or at least less bids on such auctions.

I usually will take the time when I come accross an auction as such to email the bidder(s) with some information regarding what they are bidding on so that they will know what what they are actually bidding on.

As long as there are those who are willing to part with their money there will always be those who will provide them with ways to do so!

I agree, but they seemed to get lost when I have auctions running. rr

Wait until toastman24 takes the body off of his GTO and sees the year 1999 molded on the underside of the body. I'll bet the $108.00 he paid for the car that he becomes TOASTED.
I shouldn't be suprised, but yet again I am. Randy. :drunk:

The seller knows what they're doing. I especially like the JL chassis on the Model Motoring "Original".

Can you say ghost bidding? That's the only explanation I can come up with.
