That could make the compression bad if they r old. also is it tuned all right? if it is mis tuned it would be very hard to start. also make sure that the fuel lines r not losing pressure anywhere. Thats just my 2 cents' oldschoolsdime9 02-25-2006, 11:45 PM not sure on the fuel, i bought it from a buddy of mine, he couldnt remember, but i was trying to start it without a spur gear. The carb was at stock settings, but i leaned it out a smidge once i got my spur gear in and its ran fine since. So i think it possibly could have been because there was no spur gear. No, it doesnt make much sence to me but since the spur gear has been on it has started just fine. I ran about a tank and a half through it today tamiya_kid_ta04 02-26-2006, 12:03 AM cold of been the cold or if you let it sit for a while the fuel could've gumed up your engine? oldschoolsdime9 02-27-2006, 12:31 PM it was the cold. I put a hair dryer on it and let it warm up for about 5 minutes or so, and she fired right up. thanks guys for the help. Does anyone know if the jato wheels will fit? I know they are alittle bigger, but with this wheelie machine thats not a bad thing. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
