I am in dire needs of pictures(or explaination) on showing how a whole throttle plate sits on my engine.

Mine is a 16 hp Twin II Indust.comm.

When you look at the engine, their is a whole plate with moving mechanisms and such. If anyone can help, you will be my best friend for life
