I think the post just before this one, said it. The stupidest thing you ever done with a RC. You might think so when you read this. Several months now I have been planning on building a large (huge) RC car. I have done my drawings and have build the body shell. Now its time to build the frame and add the RC stuff. Maybe you can give me your ideas or thoughts on it. Even tell me what you would use. The bodys made out of fiberglass and I plan on building the frame out of alum. Hopeing even though its big,it wont be real heavy. Now here is the part you may think is stupid. The body shell was molded in the shape of a car and the measurements are 75" long 39" wide and 22" tall. You still here ?? Any way I was hoping to get some ideas from you on what to use? As far as the Radio Control stuff. Any thing, brand names, parts, types, sizes and etc. that you think I might have to use. I can go with a gas motor, but I am thinkin more in the way of a electric motor. Maybe someone has build a big one or seen one. Even if I could find a web site about large RC cars it would be cool.
Well thanks for reading this guys and for any ideas or help you may offer.
