Looking for some tips on setting up a JR XS3 Pro. Any help would be appreciated.

Take a hard look at the manual and take your time.

Plus it takes a little bit of time messing with all the settings to figure everything out. That is how I learned everything about the radio along with the manual.

No real secrets - just a learning curve.

Haven't used radio yet. I get to use it tomorrow. Seems to be just as described. For any of you out there rctazmanmc was a very good seller. Shipped product when he said he would, and product seems to be in great shape. Thanks for the info

just program it like other radios. keep the manual handy at all times till you get use to it. the only feature i think you will use the most once the radio is setup is changing the frequency when neccessary at the track.
