Always fun to go watch but bigtime down on pullers this year. I was kind of disappointed at that. :( Glen said he thought they were down about 75 pullers this year? Must have been at least that as the first two rounds were done on Saturday by 3PM. Big field of Monsters though as they were still running when we left at 4:30.

OvalmanPa, It was down on the pulling side. Monster There was down some too. It look to me about 1/3 lease there racing, 2/3's on the pulling side. I was pulling in Garden tractor( witch I won);Digger's(lost); and 4wd scratchbuilt truck ( last). That was my first win. I had the FIRE UP gt, WEEKEND WARROIR digger, and CATTLE RUSTLER scratchbuilt 4wd. I had my first win in r/c pull sunday.

Do you think the date had anything to do with the attendence? I know this is the traditional date, but I was there last year and it was held in March, and they said there were less entries than 2004.I was one of the few to vote against moving the date back to Feb.I work at a florist and being Valentine's day weekend, there is no way I can attend.

The date did not have a thing to do with it. It is the price of gas, and people do not have the money now. They are watching how they are sending it. They lower the entry fee to $15.00 to help. It was a wek earlyer then most years. It is mostly on Pres. day weekend. We mostly watch the Daytona 500 at the pull.
