View Full Version : The most detailed 1:64 I have seen! Roadster99 02-15-2006, 12:48 AM I love these cars! The detail is awesome, and I love a nice Lamborghini. Atencio 02-15-2006, 01:51 AM ok, I'll bite. Who makes them and where did you find them? Details man, we need details. :) Roadster99 02-15-2006, 10:29 AM They are made by Autoart. I didn't find them in a retail store here though, I had to special order them. The company is based in Australia. They make a bunch of the newer cars in 1:64 scale, but I wanted the Lamborghinis the most. midtown 02-15-2006, 10:30 AM Those look great! Eurosport94 02-15-2006, 12:56 PM those look good!!! but dang autoarts are expensive stuff...how much were these? SD64 02-15-2006, 01:47 PM AA were supposed to come out some Mustang and Shelby cars as well, but its been a long time coming and I have yet to see them. I think they are around $8. roadrner 02-15-2006, 03:54 PM Definitely look great with all the details picked out for you! rr DarkestLove 02-15-2006, 04:06 PM AA were supposed to come out some Mustang and Shelby cars as well, but its been a long time coming and I have yet to see them. I think they are around $8. That's not a bad price at all. *logs onto e-bay* -DL diecastcarlectr 02-15-2006, 04:24 PM I bought some from autoart... The only 2 i have in 1:64 are the mazda rx8 and black lambo gallardo. montegogt 02-15-2006, 04:25 PM Definately detailed Roadster99 02-16-2006, 01:58 AM These ran me 7.99$ per car. I think they are worth it, they have the same detail as a 1:43 car, maybe better; plus, you get a cool display case for it. Here are some of the different cars: PT Cruiser BMW Z3 BMW Z8 Corvette C5 Honda S2000 Honda Type R Lamborghini Murcielago Lamborghini Murcielago Roadster Lamborghini Gallardo Mazda RX-8 Mercedes SLK Mini Cooper Mitsubishi Lancer Evo Nissan Fairlady Z Nissan Fairlady Z Roadster Porsche 911 Subaru Impreza WRX Volkswagon Beetle Volkswagon Beetle RSI Volkswagon Beetle Convertible All of those cars come in different colors. I know there are a lot more than what I listed. Bugzy 02-17-2006, 07:14 PM Great looking cars Roadster99...!!! ...the listing for the VW convertible...is it the 2002 ...? and is it available? Lovemy71Camaro 02-17-2006, 09:29 PM Those are some good looking cars... $7.99 is a little rich for my blood though. :drunk: SiNutt 02-18-2006, 09:52 AM I love Autoart 1:64!! These are the ones I have so far: Corvette C5 Honda S2000 Honda Type R (my favorite!) Mazda RX-8 Mini Cooper Mitsubishi Lancer Evo Nissan Fairlady Z Porsche 911 Subaru Impreza WRX Well worth the money for the detail and plus they come with a display case. I haven't bought the JL new Mustang and Ford GT castings because I am holding out for the Autoart versions...OH, and I think they are based in Hong Kong not down under, but they are marketed there. They also have some fantastic 1:43, 1:18 and 1:12 scale stuff that is out of my price and display/storage league... Here's a link from my favorites list: http://www.autoartmodels.com/main.html Pablodragon 02-18-2006, 10:17 AM what's the average price of the 1/64 models? ...oops , my bad, didn't see the other page of replies!:hat: 73black 02-20-2006, 06:15 AM If you like big detail on small cars, check out Biante! They are the same as Autoart but they do Australian cars like the Ford falcon XB coupe. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
