I've never had much of an interest in 1/18th but with Matt's posting of pics of Lane Exact Detail cars here and there I began to take notice of the great job at detail in these models.
I ended up buying this black olds and was so impressed I am waiting for 3 more to arrive...red/white,red/black and bittersweet.
I can go on for hours explaining all the detail, they are great

brake and fuel lines,plug wires,battery cables,washer fluid line,vacuum lines,shift linkage
splatter paint in trunk
factory stickers all around
working coil springs and very detailed undercarrage
flawless paint
detailed headliner with dome light, working sun visors, tilting seats
parts fit is excellent
I could just go on and on,anyway I thought that interior pic gives a good idea of the detail involved here.

Thanks Boston Matt

I love the Olds 442's, but my heart is really soft for their 1970 Chevelle's. Sooooooooo beautiful.

That's one awesome looking model. I have one Lane model, a 1968 Camaro. The details are amazing. Unfortunately, they're a little too pricey for me to really get any more of 'em at this moment. They're worth every penny, though.

Nice Model Bro. Do they make any Mustangs? I think I saw some shelby's made by them.

They make a whole slew of GT350s and I think they have a GT500 in their catalog as well.

I think they're the only company besides GMP to have a 350R.

I've had Lane products in my mostly 1:18 scale diecast collection for several years now, starting out with one of their GT350 Mustangs. Lane puts out a quality product and yes, they do have a GT-500 version or two out now. I have the red 1968 GT-500 and they also have a white one out now that I'm waiting to arrive. And, there was a dark green one produced in limited numbers that occasionally you can find out there in the market.

By the way, I just uploaded three photos of some of my Lane Mustangs if you want to check them out.
