I bought 2 cases plus 2 singles of the Muscle Car Garage from collectablediecast.com. When they showed up, I found that the factory tape of the cases were taped over. I opened both cases and found that the single cars were packed inside the 12 car cases. To my surprise, one case did have a Green Machine (the GTO convertible) in it but the other didn't. I emailed collectablediecast.com that evening and got a reply the next morning. Turned out that the shipping guy was trying to save a box and packed the singles in the cases. I expressed my concern with the broken seal and the potential of someone switching cars off the cases. The owners Adam and Eli indicated that they do not pull cars off sealed cases; and they have addressed the issue with shipping so it would not happen again. They even exchanged the full case without the GM for another sealed case (which I didn't find another GM, unfortunately). I would like to thank Adam and Eli for addressing the problem quickly with minimum hassle. They will certainly get my business again...
