It's only February, but you should be getting ready for the outdoor season. Xtreme R/C dirt oval, 1/10th electric EDM. Most people run converted buggies and mini pins / fuzzies. Once in a while foams. Saturday nights. Call Jay Brolet 860-354-4703 www.xrcracing.com

I was thinking about putting on a 1/18 class (with a little help from some friends...wink wink nudge nudge). Obviously I'll have to ask Jay as its his track but I'm just putting a feeler out at this point. Jay carries the bodies, it requires nothing more than the body and your 1/18 vehicle. If there's enough interest in this, I'll come up with classes, etc. Let me know what you guys think.

I know a couple guys do have them that run other classes at Xtreme. Talk to Jay, he has told me thaat he will gladly run any class if there is enough for one heat. Hope to see you there. Do you race anything over the winter?

nah... not for the winter, its WAY to cold outside to run 1/18 DO. Hey Dale, it's Erich Reichert, you may not rmember me but I used to race at A&D's with Ray Schettino and Mike V. Great to see you back (finally).

Yep, I sure do remember you. Thanks, good to be back racing & being around everyone. Man, I really miss A&D Fastracks! Oldtimer- won't have my KSG done in time, but I will get to Madness and K&N soon.

I have a AE RC18T converted for DO with an EDM body on it. I'd love to race that this upcoming season.

If you want to run pan cars with us, I've got a couple extra cars that you could run... I know what its like waiting on oldtimer! LOL! Let me know. For DO I was thinking we could go one of two directions, open chassis (2wd or 4wd) and EDM bodies or we could go 2wd EDM, and 4wd latemodels (like itty bitty dominators!).

No no no, oldtimer is not working on my KSG, I was just telling oldtimer that I won't have my KSG done yet. Sorry. I should proof read before I post. I think 4wd latemodels with side dams should do the trick. For EDM, I will be running a B4 with a scratch built chassis for LTO with a scratch built body. I also think every class should go "foams only" but I am probably the minority.

I'd like it to go foam (Romano ran them last year and did fine), the biggest hurdle is getting a bunch of guys that are still running rc10's to spend $40 for new tires! LOL. You should check out Putnam's Procar, its pretty sweet! I dug out my DO stuff tonight...Spring will be here soon enough! See ya soon.
