I tried to be nice but now I am just mad.
DaBomB_StamPeDe sold me a RC10 and I paid with paypal for the item. The item was never sent to me, nor was a tracking number ever provided to me.
I asked several times about this item.
Here are some of the responses I received:

Well I sold it for my friend. He shipped it out Parcel Post I think and I don't know if he got a tracking number or not. I'm going to get ahold of him. Could be just the mail because I got a few things I sent out that seem too be taking forever and things that are taking along time to recieve.

Haven't been here sorry. Let me email the guy and see whats going on. This is really getting on my nerves also because it's making me look bad.

Well I have not received a response yet. I won this item on eBay! here. I didn't want it so I sold it too you for how much I won it for. I had the seller directly send it too you as I put your address in for the shipping address when I paid for it. I have tried too contact the seller with no response from 2 previous emails so I sent another one(3rd) and filed a dispute. When I was filing one I also seen that you started one with me... I am sorry for your inconvenience.

I contacted paypal and of course he did not reply to paypal about the problem. So I only got a portion of my money back. I hope you enjoyed whatever I ended up buying for you.

This is why people stop trusting places like this and the internet in general.
You lied to me more than once during this whole transaction. I paid you the $52.50 you wanted and only got back $13.00. I seriously hope you make things right here..... If not I do have your contact information that I can use to settle this.

if he did not get a tracking number, and provide it to paypal, you should be able to get all your money back.

Paypal got what they could from him. They stated they would try to get it all from him but they did not sound to confident in doing so.
thanks,
Mike
