This car is the same casting as the Muscle Car Garage. This one will have new Torque Thrust Rims and special tampos. With a very nice card. Here is a picture of the car with the Torque Thrust rims. This car is being produced for RenoDiecast. Production run 900 regular issue and 100 Green Machines. It's my way of saying... we're driving our muscle cars no matter what.

Are those pro-touring rims? 22's?

Please keep the tampos small (if any at all).

How will the Green Machine differ from the one below?

How will the Green Machine differ from the one below?

In the same way the normal version will from the Muscle Car Garage release.

Tell us how you really feel, Matt...I thought the same thing even before I read your response. My advice would be to keep the wheels close to stock diameter on these cars. We have enough G-Riderz, G-Machines, G-Licicious, Duh'bz cars out there to pass on already...

I think the rims look great. They may be larger, but they are realistically in proportion to the car. Plus, they aren't some super blinged, diamond-cut, spinner, urban-type rim. Just a clean, 5-spoke, muscle-car rim. Classic, yet in with the times.

I think its too early in the Green Machine game to say that.
Maybe the Green Machines in this run will not have Green Bodies.
The could have green chrome hubs or some other green feature.

I still would like to know what the Green Machines will look like
with this promo.

If the rims were 15 or 16 inch replicas I might have been interested. If they were factory looking Magnum 500's I would have bought at least one for sure. If the only difference of this promo car is the big rims I'll pass.

Ok, just to clarify my opinion on the size of the wheels...

Pic 1 is how the classic Torque Thrust look is pulled off. Pic 2 is how brand X ruined it, Pics 3 and 4 compare the two looks (large diameter v/s stock diameter, I realize the stock Judge is not on Torque Thrusts) on a similar car. You be the "Judge"...

BTW, this is just my opinion. I also like 17" wheels better than the stock 15s on my Scion xB...

slighty larger tires and/or rims don't bother me on my diecast, but if they get too big..............I will pass

This is the car... the Green Machine will look just like the regular car, but will have GREEN wheels! Taking pre-orders now, call or email RenoDiecast. As soon as I get a picture I will post it. If you'd like to see the card artwork you can view it at my site on the front page.:dude:

Will the Tires be Green or the Rims. Please clarify. "Wheels" refers to rims and sometimes refers to tires.
Thanks, DrDeal

They are green rims. I just received an awesome pic from Reno's. The cars look incredible. I will be the first to admit that I had some reservations switching from promos done by JL to any other company. These look fantastic!!!!!

I guess I could live with the larger wheels :( , although I would rather see a stock wheel with green tires.
