Here are some fun old racer bodies I have come across...
Rick started a thread some time ago wondering of the history of old slotcars.
It does make you wonder about their past.
Perhaps you have some to share too.
Bring em' on!

Crossing my fingers that I'll find some of these Sunday in NY... otherwise, when I come back, I'll repost some of the pics from that thread Scott mentioned, or maybe find some new old beaters in my collection...

Reminds me of my cars back in the late 60s when I first started customizing. Painted with a brush and had to chop the heck out of the bods so those big wheels and tires would fit. MDA. If I'd only had a vision. rr

Noddaz- Maybe if you got some larger decals, it would dress them up a bit. LOL.

Mtyoder- Who throws away bodies anyway? I sure don't. I always figure that I'll make some use out of them somewhere along the line. I've got a couple hundred bodies waiting for some attention!

Hey, don't blame me...
Those are vintage racers. That's how they were in a box of stuff I bought.

I got some neat stuff Sunday, but nothing that's really at home in this thread. So I'll post some of the other stuff I have that might qualify...

These are the Makos that I think Scott was referring to:

I've posted this pic many times before. These got cleaned up, though...

This one got cleaned up too...

Fun stuff. Maybe I'll post the stuff I got this weekend to restore/clean up, but none of it is this drastic...
