View Full Version : Homie Rollers 3 Releases sleepy_01 02-02-2006, 03:05 PM When are they coming out.. http://www.1stopdiecast.com/ SuperSport 02-02-2006, 05:23 PM I have a feeling that the answer is never. Now remember, this is only speculation, but I think that Jada lost the HR license or passed on its renewal. (Im probably wrong since theres a SECOND (why?) wave of the HOMIE ROLLERZ motor cycles pictured on the JADA site) Anyway, shortly after the WAVE 3 1/64 HOMIE ROLLERZ were announced, Jada suddenly removed ALL the WAVE 3 pics from their site. This was last summer. And correct me if I'm wrong, but Jada never released the 1/24 HOMIE ROLLERZ 1956 Chevy right? I havent seen the 1960 Impala with the cop either. And does anyone remember the "spy" pics from some toy show last year that showed the "new" 1/24 scale 1964 Impala casting with HOMIE ROLLERZ logos on them? I think they were NoBueno Jae's pics. Now were seeing early pics of the 1/24th scale STREET LOW 64 Impalas, and as far as I know, the STREET LOW series was out of production for good. Now its "born again" with no new HRs in sight. I paid for my WAVE 3 HR sets in APRIL of 2005 for pete's sake. I think its time to get a refund. nobueno 02-03-2006, 11:04 AM Jada did not lose or not renew the Homie Rollerz license. Wave 3 is more than likely still going to be released. I know that they've been produced but just waiting to be shipped from China. The 1/24 Homie Rollerz are coming out little by little. You can find them in retailers like WM. As far as Street Low, those 64 Impalas were produced for Jada's biggest distributor but I would say that we will probably see more SL's in 2006. As far as pre ordering, I do not recommed it. I highly doubt something will sell out as soon as it's released... Jae gabriel12 02-03-2006, 12:55 PM Check your walmarts. New 1/24 Homie Rollerz have been popping out. Last week I saw the black 64 Impala that Jae posted. The box was called "Night Out". Also, there was an orange 58 Impala, that I almost picked up, called "Oil Change". And of course, the 55 Chevy's (Playas club) and the 57 Chevy (Dog Bite). I never saw the 56 Chevy or 60 Imapala. Gabriel SuperSport 02-03-2006, 05:22 PM Thanks for the heads up guys. As far as pre-ordering goes Jae, I ordered and paid for them about a month before the original street date, what else am I supossed to do? Now, the fact that Jada pushed them back, now 9 months, is of course, no fault of the e-tailer, which by the way is..... collectablediecast.com  But your point about Jada preorders is well taken. Check your walmarts. Gabriel Hey Gabriel! This was probably a typo since the "Playas Club" Chevy's I saw (thanks to you I would have never known they existed!) were 57s, but is the Chevy in the HR "Dog Bite" set a 57 too? And what colors have you seen? I think Jae had the only pics of the HR "Night Out" black 64 Impala on the net, and I cant find it (that pic), or any other pics of it. I try to only collect Jada 1/24ths in black, (it saves me money, sort of) although other colors sometimes sneek their way in too. Anyway, this HR 64 is a must have for my collection.....blah, blah, blah. :o Thanks again guys! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
