View Full Version : Dark Crystal II chiangkaishecky 02-01-2006, 07:30 PM http://www.rottentomatoes.com/news/comments/?entryid=287578 Lloyd Collins 02-01-2006, 11:13 PM nnnoooo heiki 02-02-2006, 03:26 PM nnnoooo I concure! Prince of Styrene II 02-03-2006, 02:42 AM I loved the first movie, & I'm dying to get the special edition DVD.I like Genndy Tartakovsky (http://www.rottentomatoes.com/p/1165487-genndy_tartakovsky/) & his work with Samurai Jack & Clone Wars. As for this new movie, I'll adopt my "wait & see" policy. Anyone remember just how much the new BSG was moaned over? Have some faith & wait & see. beeblebrox 02-04-2006, 11:34 AM Yeah, and remember how we thought the new NightStalker would be crap?...uh...never mind. RB67 02-05-2006, 04:38 AM I will wait for this to hit cable tv before I see it. I love the original one & will try to keep an open mind for this sequel but I can say that one problem will be that there will be no puppets in it, the story line sounds good though. big-dog 02-06-2006, 07:44 AM Just one question. Wouldn't removing a chunk of the crystal just put the world back to where it was at the beginning of the first film? The breaking of the crystal is what broke the Urskeks into the Mystics and the Skeksis. Though I guess continuity has never been of ANY regard in Holly-Would. capt Locknar 02-07-2006, 12:13 AM Just one question. The urskeks are no longer part of the world now so who knows where it will go. Lloyd Collins 02-07-2006, 01:05 AM Classics should never be tampered with. But maybe they will do it right. YEA,RIGHT!! beeblebrox 02-07-2006, 11:13 AM Stranger things have happened. Ooh look, a flying pig. :p vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2012, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
