Carrera Go!!! that is.

I got this 1/43rd body at a dollar store in a pack of three for $1. It is on a $10 Carrera Go!!! Chassis. The Carrera Go!!! Cars are strong magnet cars, if I was going to compare them to an HO chassis, I would say its similar to the handling of a Tyco 440-X2, and they are fast. I will do one or two more bugs. The next ones will have clear glass (the bodies are clear to start with) and drivers. This car looks great to my naked eye, but rough in the pictures. Anyway here it is:

It was a clear hard body, that I painted and detailed. I wish I could have found stuff like this in HO a while back.

I Like that! Good show, Mic! Are you planning other colors or doing more Herbies?

 That Dollar store has been berry-berry good to you. You've been able to model up some pretty nice 1/43rd'ers with their wares. Just like this one. One thing that I always wondered about these Herbies is should the stripe be on the tonneau roof too? I have a Bauer version that the stripe is across the entire roof, grey tonneau and all. I always thought it looked funny (mine that is), but I have seen some that also have the stripe. Then again, I have also seen other pictures and examples that don't have it. I wonder which one is accurate?.

Graet job....dave

After I did this one I saw one with the stripes over the cover and wondered the same thing. I will have to investigate.
