I just saw a Jackson Hewitt commercial where the Frankenstein Monster has his taxes done....and he's so happy with their work, he smashes the desk of the tax advisor.....who promptly asks him if he has orthopedic shoes...because that's another deduction.
Great stuff!

How was the Make-Up? I remember around 98-99 they had a Commerical for some Matress, With a Woman Dreaming about "Having Tea W/ Cornileus from The POTA" and the Make-Up was Fantastic! I Waited for Weeks to finally Snag that one on VHS lol

The makeup looked a lot like Karloff's....even to the point where the left cheek is sunken in.

reminicent of the arthritis midicine (ostio biflex?) ads a few years back featuing the monster, who explaines how his retirement has improved since he started using their product. there was a nifty l;ittle re-cration of a generic "laboratory scene" at the opening of one ad.. fine print at the bottom of the ad said the image of the monster was licensed by universal.
this is incredibly smart on universal's part. most folks under the age of 40 have little or no use for their classic films, but the characters are iconic, so this way they keep the official version of the characters in front of the publics eyes,

To which the one Grocer sez to the other (who looks terrifed) "Oh He's Here Every Week" or sumptin like that lol
