Just recently purchased a "team associated FT TC-3 with full IRS convertion fully hopped out with blue alum. comes with a box load of spare parts"

Was told car needed two rear bearings and was only run outside once. The rest on carpet.

Every aluminum part on the car is no good along with almost EVERY bearing. The car has more dirt on it than my 1/8th buggy so I know it was used outside or at least indoors on a dirt track.

When I contacted seller he told me Sorry I didn't look the car over. Then in a second email after I asked for some sort of compensation he told me no refunds the deal is done.

You are missing my point. I was told I was buying a car with a carbon chassis and a lot of aluminum hop-ups. The only hop up on the car that is any good is the chassis. You are correct there are a good number of spare parts but they are stock. If I wanted a car with stock parts I would have bought a car with stock parts. If you care to discuss this further email or pm me. If I get no compensation I will leave negative feedback for mcRacing.
