ProfitOfDoom 01-28-2006, 04:09 PM Hi guys,I raced a few times last summer.I dont know if you remebr me I had the Yellow maxx that toped out at liKE 12 MPH :(
Anyway im gonna give it another shot this season,BUt was just wondering if the track is still open to the public now "as long as its not muddy" I kinda feel like trying out the maxx see how it goes, did a few changes to it just want to test?
Also while im here I got a Emaxx just to mess around in the yard with,,was wondering if anyone raced Emaxxs or are they just considered Monster Truck class?
Thanks,
Brian
Mames 01-29-2006, 12:23 AM hey i see you found it again. its a public park but winter hours are 9 - 3 from what i have heard i have been by there at 3:30 on a saturday and it was closed-gates were closed. now i know you could still get in from the other entrance but its not the best idea.

ProfitOfDoom 01-29-2006, 02:27 AM Ok,thats good to know,so If I do try to go out Ill have to go early. Most likey I wont be out for awile,Im just going to have to get a new engine for the maxx, then Ill go try it out but that wont be for atleast a month. But the maxx is all ready besides the engine.
Now I have to get the buggy into shape. Not sure what im gonna do to it,but might try different diff lube weights, new tires, etc.
Not sure but might even jump into electric truck races,,,we'll see how it goes first.
T_Reiner 01-29-2006, 09:49 AM POD,
Medina racing is a long way away,
About the same distance away from you there is racing up in Jefferson,
You might try going up there on a Saturday and get some help with set ups if you need it. They race electrics in the AM,,, Nitro in the PM
And BTW, I've stopped by the Medina track a few time recently. even after a couple days of no rain/snow it's still to been too wet to run on IMHO. You could do it, but you truck would be a mess
Party on
ProfitOfDoom 01-29-2006, 12:42 PM Sounds good,,what time does it start for nitro, and what classes to they run?
This is every saturday?OK thanks alot Ill try to get my buggy runnign good and stop on up,Thanks
T_Reiner 01-29-2006, 01:01 PM They start Nitro open practice after the last flashlight main,, usually around 3:30-4pm, then Racing starts about 5
They run 1/10 gas truck, monster truck, and the largest class is 1/8 scale buggy
They even run a beginner class for the newbies and kids, if enough show up (a mix of classes)
