View Full Version : Need Help With Integy!!!!!
Allan A 01-28-2006, 12:24 PM I NEED HELP GETTING IN TOUCH WITH SOMEONE AT INTEGY WHO GIVES A DURN ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.
I PURCHASED A CHARGER 16X9V6 FOR A CUSTOMER WHO WAS GIVING IT FOR A CHRISTMAS PRESENT. WHEN OPENED FOUND IT FAULTY, (SOMETHING LOOSE INSIDE) THE FACTORY BAG WAS NEVER OPENED.
SHIPPED IT BACK TO INTEGY, RECIEVED COMFORMATION OF RECIPT. BUT NO WORD FROM INTEGY, HAVE SENT SEVERAL EMAILS, FAXES. BUT NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE ENOUGHT TO EVEN CONTACT ME. MY CUSTOMERS THINKS MY SHOP AND INTEGY ARE A BIG PEICE OF CR**.
IF ANYONE CAN GET ME A # OR E MAIL OF SOMEONE WHO CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AT INTEGY I WOULD APPRECIATE IT.
THIS IS NOT HATE MAIL JUST NEED SOME HELP.
JPH Racing 01-28-2006, 12:41 PM Allan, We've always used the e-mail addy's from their website and gottne answers fairly quick (by integy standards this means a week). Integies has good products, but the customer service plain ol' stinks!
For future referance, when you have a defective product, return it to the distributer and get another. Do not get caught in the middle of customers and integy, it's a no win situation. Just treat your customer right by getting a new product, and let integy and the dist. figure it out. :)

Maybe try using a normal tone of voice instead of screaming at them like you did to us? (Hint: don't use bolded, all caps text)

MIKE VALENTINE 01-29-2006, 09:45 AM WhirlinGraphics Why is that some jerk always has to comment on using caps. If you don't have any thing relative to the topic don't post. Chad their are plenty of people who type in caps all day, I may have well have my caps locks button locked down at work. I have to remeber to turn it off when typing on open forums due to jerks like you.

Best bet would be to go on Integy's website and find their tech discussion forum. post something in the Chargers area. Arthur at Integy usually responds on there. At least you get someone that speakiths the language, lol

THE REASON I POST THE WAY I DO IS BECAUSE I AM VISUALY IMPAIRED. WE HAVE NEVER MET OR SPOKEN SO YOU HAD NO WAY OF KNOWING THAT. SO I'M SURE YOU HAVE MISTAKEN ME FOR SOMEONE ELSE WHO YELLED AT YOU.
BUT IF INTEGY DID HAVE A PHONE # THAT A PERSON ANSWERED ,I WOULD NOT HAVE YELLED AT THEM, JUST ASK FOR SOME HELP AS I DID HERE. WHICH I WOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO DO IF THEY ONLY HAD ONE.
THANKS FOR YOUR REPLY.

WhirlinGraphics 01-29-2006, 07:09 PM I apologize if I personally offended anyone.
It is 2006, the age of the internet. Things are a lot different than 1990 was. This is a public discussion forum that allows us to convey ideas via text on a computer screen. Punctuation, format, size, and style of text say volumes of how you are perceived (because this is all we have to go on). Mike, I did have something relative to the topic since maybe Integy thinks that Allan is basically a loud annoying complainer? That is not the best or effective way to communicate with a corporation.
Allan, I can kinda understand using the all caps, but I don't see how bolding the text helps when you post? When you are typing your post the 'bold' does not show up until after you have submitted it. Please enlighten me. Are you using a web browser that allows you to increase the size of the text?

Rupert 01-29-2006, 08:53 PM The new integy products are not what they used to be. I have sold and used there products for over 3 years and highly recomended them. The new line of chargers are just not up to there old standards. I have sold several of the 16x8 chargers and they all have problems working on AC. At least 2 of them have been sent back to Integy for repair and still have the same problem. I have also had problems with the 16x4 chargers. I hope they get this corrected.
Allan A 01-31-2006, 09:21 AM I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR HELP IN GETTING IN TOUCH WITH INTEGY. THEY ARE TAKING CARE OF THE PROBLEM
THANKS
AGIAN
