ovalmaster 02-03-2006, 11:11 AM It is going to be tough to predict this years' winners. The track has changed (for the better) and the locals are getting a lot more dominant. I think that there will be more local drivers in the A-main.
I will wait a couple of weeks before I make my predictions.
Antonio
mightymidget 02-03-2006, 01:49 PM Bob good luck at the birds, and remember those hooter girls don't come with the wings.

Sportsman-gotta go with Rudy
12th-Tony, Peake, Dick in a 3 way tie (for 3rd place... I'm gonna win :p ) not really though
racin rudy 02-10-2006, 08:33 PM Thanks Tommy, but with the compition in the sportsman class it all depends who's feeling lucky that day. there's about 8-10 locals that are capable of winning on any given day.
As for my predictions...
pro, the man thats been on fire, the fireball himself
1/12th, i have to go with dick jarvis
sportsman, god only knows
Butters16 02-10-2006, 09:32 PM After running at the birds i think i'll dominate all three classes :dude:

no love for any canadian racer for the Jeff Sears race??
here is my prediction:
pro stock: a canadian driver (except if Wayne B. is running is FLEX o FLEX car of last years. )
1/12: a canadian driver
sportsman: a canadian driver if someone from canada register in this class!!
can t wait to this race!!
Pace
Tommygun43 02-15-2006, 10:19 PM well the USA is screwed because flexy Doris has been SOLD and is now running in the sportsman class!
this is gonna be one of the best races of the year, can't wait!

3wideroberts 02-16-2006, 12:05 AM Yes sir this is going to be the big one i cannot wait! To make the A is going to very difficult. I hope to deffend my throne from last years sportsman win!!
My predictions
Pro-Tommygun
Sportsman-This is a toss up but ill have to go with Rudy
1/12th scale would have to go to MARK HANSON!!(day walker)
mightymidget 02-16-2006, 01:01 PM Pace i have predicted my friends from the great white north every year, but i really have to go with Wade on this one that 21 ford taurus has been flying lately, but i would also keep our eyes on Kenny Roberts he's been working hard on his cars and has also been real fast,in the sportsman i think Cooper is going to pull off the upset he has been getting better every week, of coarse there's some many other guys that could pull off the victory but odds favorite has to go to Chris Roberts.
the 12th scales is tough to pick but i'm sticking with Antonio, he's still canadain is'nt he
no matter who wins this race as become one of the major races in the northeast i believe we will hit 90 maybe even 100 racers this year.

Butters16 02-18-2006, 10:36 AM A question for the masses about the Jeff Sears Race . Was wondering if there would be any interest in running a 1/10 19 turn class ( most likely a fixed timed motor) if enough interest we would run this as a filler class with trophies ( ten guys in the class at least) Thanks just reply to the post if interested
Outlaw 44 02-18-2006, 06:49 PM I thought Flex O Flex was some sort of ointment for muscle pain....
rckfracing 02-18-2006, 10:30 PM A question for the masses about the Jeff Sears Race . Was wondering if there would be any interest in running a 1/10 19 turn class ( most likely a fixed timed motor) if enough interest we would run this as a filler class with trophies ( ten guys in the class at least) Thanks just reply to the post if interested
How about adjustable timing?
Also whats a good roll out starting point for this track for stock that is.
weee37 02-20-2006, 06:07 PM 19 turn is good. i think it would have to be adjustable tho, dont see to many fixed ones around anymore
wkbracing 02-20-2006, 06:59 PM the 19turn class is good in theory, bad in the real world, the track is only 90 feet in run line and it would be fun to watch the cars smash the heck out of each other, but it will not be good for racing......neil would make alot of sales though, maybe it is a good idea:p
Racin Steve 02-20-2006, 11:01 PM I'm in Dan ... and most probably my brother as well ... save us 2 spots.
Thanks.
Steve.
Butters16 02-21-2006, 12:55 PM Did you say parts sales would go up , well you guys might as well go full MOD then (good for sales)
Well i thought i would ask about the 19 t class been thinking of getting it going here but havn't really ran it competitively only on practice nights so that is why i asked for your opinion on the class here , keep the info comin Thanks Guys
mightymidget 02-21-2006, 01:14 PM well guys the sears race is looking like it might be sold out, 3 weeks left and already close to 80 racers have registered, this race should be another great race.i will post motels.
Dan Dubuque
weee37 02-21-2006, 01:29 PM will the track be open all nite again??
Butters16 02-21-2006, 02:53 PM Most likely someone will be there all nite , i guess if you have to you could sleep on the track, just not sure which i would lie down , that depends on what head is more important to you .lol

ovalmaster 02-21-2006, 11:36 PM Dan, Please set aside spots for Johnny and Andre (the living legend himself). As for myself, am I still allowed to race at your track or am I barred?
Antonio
Butters16 02-22-2006, 12:12 PM As of now we will drop the 19 turn idea until we get some more testing at track if their is some people that want to give it a try be are guess we can put it the computer as a race
Thanks everyone for the support of the local tracks it is awesome.
mightymidget 02-22-2006, 01:08 PM Tony brother, you have a lifetime place to race you know that,i could never bar my canadain brother.Mr Peake you and smiling tim are signed up.i tested with 19 turn and it was fun and i suck can you imagine if the guys that race it all the time did it fassssst
