go to command prompt
c:\>cd \windows\system32

it then tells me
INSERT SOURCE DISK IN DRIVE A:
AND PRESS ENTER WHEN READY...

OR D: A: IT TELLS ME INVALID DRIVE SPECIFICATION THE SPECIFIED DRIVE DOES NOT EXIST OR IS NON-REMOVABLE. PLEASE HELP

so your computer has a floppy drive, and cd drive? you might could try going to "my computer, right clicking the cd-rom drive, copy it, and paste it onto the floppy, of course have the floppy in the floppy drive.

So you want to make a copy of a cd? If it is an autorun cd, then use a proggy like Nero to do it (Nero should come with your cd burner) If it isn't an autorun cd, then you can just copy all the files from your disc to your hard drive, then put in a blank disc and select all of your files. Then right click, select "send to" and select your drive. However, I saw you said you had a cd drive, but you didn't say cd/rw or cd/r drive. Without a cd burner, your outa luck.
PS: If this all needs to be done in DOS, then use this line
c:\>cd \windows\system32
c:\windows\system32>diskcopy "CDRW DRIVE LETTER": "CDRW DRIVE LETTER":
