An early 70s Chevy Impala by Hong Kong's LJN brand, famous for its "Spider-Man Lincoln." This is from the Rookies TV show and I found it in a Hot Wheels case at a garage sale in '02. It's smaller than a Matchbox of that era, and also came as a fire chief car. The base plate additionally identifies Aaron Spelling TV and the year 1973, although the toy probably continued in production after that date.

This ladder truck is in the same series and was in the same case, but I think that they were sold independently. That the grey plastic ladder remains intact is amazing, as it is easily detachable.

I've looked for a long time for that Impala but never found one for my demo derby series. That is a great find even if its not in mint condition. Appoximately how long is the Imp?

Ditto, love that Impala... have been looking for one for a while. I saw one last year at an estate auction, but it was part of a lot that I wasn't gonna buy for just the one car...
