Wow Dale that looks great! Does "the body is asymmetric to optimize turning left" mean that the "greenhouse" is not offset like on the Monte HD nor is the right side of the body higher then the left like on the Intrepeid MD? That thing does look killer.

That is BAD! Guess I need to call the hobby shop tomorrow and get one before this weekend. Are they available yet? Awesome

No, assymetric means all that wacky stuff is still there. Hopefully the centerline markers will help you in mounting it without too much aggravation.

The distributors won't get the Charger bodies for a couple of weeks due to a delay in the decal sheets. I know its a bummer that something like that holds up shipping the product, but even the decal sheets need to get licensing approval before we can place the order for them. Just have to be patient I guess.

Racers going the Snowbirds will be able to purchase Charger (& Speed 12B) bodies at the on-site Superior Hobbies store if they're unable to get them in advance. I tried my best for a mid-Dec. release, however powers beyond my control prevented that from happening. Sorry bout that.

Thanks for all the complimentary comments you guys have posted. Much appreciated. Incidentally, I just photographed and measured-up a couple of 2006 NEXTEL CUP Monte Carlos on the weekend, (a Joe Gibbs Racing intermediate track car & a Childress Racing short track car) as well as a NEXTEL CUP Rouch Racing intermediate track 2006 Fusion. So, having said that, its pretty safe to say there's going to be some new stuff coming in the next few months. When it comes to rc bodies, I guess you all know where my heart's still at.

LOL! Seriously, I still rememder that night like it was yesterday. Riding down the Vegas Strip in a stretch-limo like a bunch of rock stars. Ya, the good old "Chapel of the Bells" with that 85 yr. old lady minister and her 8-track taped background music. Priceless.
Best part of the night was riding "Big Shot" at the top of the Stratosphere Tower/Casino. The scariest thing I've ever done in my life. Like a "moth drawn to the flame", I just had to do it 2 more times. Good memories.

The email I got from the Promotions Coordinator today at Proline said the ship date is 2/3/06.

I was wondering if the present dodge body is going to be made anymore or not. Changed over to one body and would hate to have to change over again. Thanks Mike

The current Dodge Intrepid R/T will definitely stay in production. It offers different handling & downforce charactaristics than the Monte Carlo and Charger, so it'll still be popular in Stock & 19Turn on certain kinds of tracks. The body style (& brand) has always been a big part of the overall go-fast set-up package in oval racing, so we want to offer all the variety we can. I realize that we haven't offered much variety in recent years, but I'm going to try to change that as soon as I can.

I can not wait to put this on my car, I had my local hobby shop order one today for me. I am glad to see this body in production. Very very nice looking body-great detail. I have tested variuos charger bodies and had no luck with them looking wise and track wise was terrible. Great job.
