Sweet! I like that the bonus cars are going to be alternate colors (even if that color is green).

Russ,

Will they produce a Green Machine for every car in each series or just pick
one for each series? I have one of the Corvettes and the Camaro and want to know if there are others? Please advise.

For the Muscle Cars, theres 100 of them for each casting.

So they made them for the Corvettes too? I couldn't tell from the press release. Cool!

I can't wait for my case. They're supposed to get here tomorrow! (Thanks Russ!)

4 cases x 12 cars = 1 in 48.

I am not sure of exact numbers other than to tell you they told us 1 Green Machine is in a master case (4 complete sets), and yes the Corvette series has them as well. As well there will be a Green Machine for each casting. Hope that helps.

help me with my bad math

30000 cars total run
1 in 48 is a GM
= 625 GM
= 52 GM's per casting?

--------------------------------

2% of 30,000 = 600 GM's

600/12 = 50 GM's

= 50 GM's per car

help me with my bad math

24000 cars total run
1 in 48 is a GM
= 500 GM
= 41.6 GM's per casting?

2% of 24,000 = 480 GM's

480/12 = 40 GM's

= 40 GM's per car

I thought the total run #'s were around 5000 for each car, 2500 for each color ?

Hey Guys,

The cars are a 2,500 run per vehicle which includes series 2 and series 3. So yes them green's seem quite rare.

I went downstairs, checked for a package and went to read the paper.

I come to my computer after 15 minutes or so, and it says it was delivered while I was reading the paper!

I quickly ran to the door and brought in my package and opened it up! To my pleasant surprise there was a green glow at the far end of the box and upon inspection it turned out to be a Green Machine identical to the one that started this thread!

Z28 Camaro in the red car's packaging.

Thank's Russ!

I'm split about opening these up cause I have very little display room at the moment, but I really want to get some pictures.
